Once Stripe billing is activated, your account will include a Manage Subscription control that opens the secure billing portal where you can cancel renewal without contacting support.

Stay because LFN is valuable — not because you are locked in.
The Core Law Firm Navigator subscription is monthly. You can cancel future renewal at any time, and your paid access continues through the billing period you already purchased.
No new charge after cancellation
Cancellation turns off automatic renewal. Unless required otherwise by law or expressly stated in a special offer, no additional subscription period is charged after the effective cancellation date.
Use LFN through the paid period
Your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period you already paid for. Canceling does not prematurely remove paid access.
Your strategic work remains available
After paid access ends, retained firm profile, strategic analysis, strategic history, and roadmap records move to read-only access. New assessments, roadmap execution, and executive coaching are disabled until the subscription is reactivated.
What cancellation does not mean
Canceling billing is different from deleting your account.
Cancellation stops future paid renewal. Account deletion is a separate request. This separation allows your firm to preserve its strategic history and return to LFN later without automatically losing prior work. Data retention and deletion remain subject to the Terms of Service and applicable privacy requirements.
Refunds and partial months
Because your access continues through the period already purchased, cancellation ordinarily does not create a prorated refund for the unused portion of that period. Refunds may be provided where required by law or where LFN determines that a billing error occurred.
Want to return later?
A canceled account can be reactivated subject to then-current pricing and availability. Reactivation restores the write-enabled strategic workflow for an eligible subscription.
